Msizi Mazibuko has over 20 years of Media and Marketing experience, having started with media and marketing qualifications through the Boston Media House, through the years she has furthered her studies with GIBS focusing on Business Leadership as well as a Digital Marketing qualification through Vega ensuring her constant up to date knowledge on how to grow brands in the ever-changing global landscape of consumer brand engagements and how to create sustainable businesses with a positive socio-economic impact.

 Her strong business sense, sales and marketing acumen has afforded her the opportunity to raise over R2 billion for organisations she has represented throughout her career and counting. 

Msizi has headed up sales for The SABC & Media24 and successfully launched the first black commercial Talk Radio station in Gauteng, Power FM as part of the MSG Executive Management, heading up Sales & Marketing for the entity.

 After a successful career in Corporate South Africa, Msizi launched her own business The Media Tacticians in 2016, a 100% black female Media and Marketing through the line agency, that has been able to win some of the country’s most sought after accounts in Corporate and Public sector such as Nedbank, IDC, National Treasury, Gauteng Education, Fox Television Network to name a few.

Coming from a rural area in the Free State, ensuring accessibility to education, knowledge and opportunities is something she is highly passionate about and to this end, she registered and launched a non-profit organisation, The Media Tacticians Foundation which is focused on giving youth media and marketing access, training and education through the Media and Marketing partners she has developed over the years.

 Msizi believes her success has been built by individuals who gave her access, and a platform to show her potential. She believes it is imperative for her as a black business owner to also do the same for those less fortunate, and to positively impact the South African economy and environment in which she is raising children.
